Our client, a mid-size law firm in the Twin Cities, MN seeks a highly motivated attorney for its commercial litigation practice group. Experience with construction, insurance coverage, first party and property litigation a plus. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience and possess a competitive attitude, excellent communication and writing skills, and demonstrated experience in creative and ethical handlings of complex state and federal litigation matters.

Basic Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Minnesota Bar
• 4+ years of litigation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
